Zimbardo and Milgrim's Prison Experiment

Philip zambardo designed the infamous stanford prison experiment, and he and milgrim had attended the same high school. Zimbardo placed an ad in the newspaper that said, male college students needed for psychological study of prison life. After six days, some of the volunteers acting as guards had become so abusive that zimbardo cancel the experiment. Critics have pointed out that we should all be less willing to trust studies that generalize about human behavior.
