On page 69 of the book, you have a really interesting 17 point list which you were able to put together after conversations with a senior staff member at a governor's office. And this gives a good visual representation of the number of actors and steps that have to occur in order for a province to get permission to construct high speed rail. So can you kind of walk us through what this collective bargaining might look like in practice? How are local level officials navigating all these interests and what can they offer to incentivize a yes from all of these various ministries rather than a no or sorry, long question. I think that's the majority of my book is about.
