How to Navigate Between Being Inclusion of LGBTQ+ People and Pointing Out Their Errors in a Loving Way

How can we gracefully navigate between being inclusive of LGBTQ plus people and pointing out their errors in a loving way? Jesus is all inclusive in his invitation to repent and believe the gospel, to repent and follow him. But he's also very exclusive when it comes to what happens after that point. People who don't want they hate, there are people who hate God in this life.
