The Importance of Food in Your Life

i think we spend less of our day sort of working towards providing food for ourselves that's actually going to enrich us and help us stay healthy. When you have that level of intimacy with food production, i think it's easier to understand the benefits of eating whole nutrient dense food. And a, i don't think it's a bad thing to set the expectation that we should pay attention, more attention to what we're eating,. all the way down to growing.
