Yoga is not just doing like downward. There's so much more to everything. I think the practice of yoga wasn't meant to be as kind of secular as it has become in modern days. It's just the way that the conditioned mind works. You know, we have a label. We have a class and sort of everything has to fit within a certain meat box or category. The practice of yoga is a way of coming home to my body.
