The first outflow of women in the mid nineties. A generation of women who had married or were dating men in those industries just said it was no longer worth going to work. People want to believe that women exit because the job has long hours or is difficult. When you interview women, they never say that. They leave because of the lack of inclusion. So once you lost that comradery and what pulled people together, i think it was ultimately the inclusion.
