The Importance of Brief Learning Moments in Teaching
The importance of it is it's not like an hour-long lecture it's a bite-size teaching moment. I think doing it that way really facilitates that multi-disciplinary learning so everyone on the ward can participate in this tea trolley training. Anything else you found particularly interesting form not too busy to learn but you would want to incorporate in your duty to work? You know diagnosis prognosis management plan those slightly more challenging things which when they first start out as a junior you can write down their findings from your history and your findings for medical examination.
