Dmitri rogozin is the head of Russia's space programme. He has been sanctioned by the United States for his role in annexing Crimea and then invading Ukraine. The russians have not signed on to a new agreement with the U.S., which would see them pull out of the international space station. If that happens, there will be an emergency situation at the i s s but no need to panic just yet.
