The strike on Soleimani was something that I certainly recommended to the president. We should then find a solution that has two features: One, it's going to have to be acceptable to both the Russian people and the Ukrainian people. No one's going to get their maximalist dream. That has a permanency and I lived in the real world. Nothing's ever permanent, but think 10, 20, 50 years of permanency.
