The Importance of Friendship
Aristotle says it's okay to love yourself as long as you do it in the right way. There are virtuous and vicious ways of loving yourself, he writes. But there is something imperfect and incomplete about a friendship because it's really about you. "Friendship based on the good is perfect for complete friendship," Aristotle adds.
