Employers Are Going to Be Looking for Lifelong Learners

Employers are going to be looking at those sort of meta skills can we actually teach people how to be better learners so that they come in with some good capacity for learning and you know personal motivation. Can we as employers capitalize on that and help them to do that more? That's going to redound to employers benefits if they're able to do that but this whole dynamic between you know employers and employees will have to work together or work at odds in some cases.
