The Impact of SVP's Loss on Depositors
Peter Thiel's Founders Fund also recommended that their clients withdraw all of their money from SVP while they still could. And this, yeah, this basically snowballed into all depositors losing faith in SVP. In one day, SVP saw withdrawal requests of $42 billion, $42 billion. It's an enormous amount of money, like almost a quarter of their overall deposits in a single day, which is astounding.
