Introduction

I don't think this is gonna be a long episode. I've just been busy the last few days. And now my wife's actually asking me, should we have the oven turned up so high right now? Cause I have the brisket finishing in there. So yeah, all that to say, not that you needed to know all of that, I haven't been able to follow everything extremely closely.
