Is There Any Truth in Olaf Scholtz Being So Invisible on the World's Stage?
Chancellor olaf scholtz is trying to become a leader of the european union. He believes that somehow he can manoeuvre in between the americans on the one hand and the russians on the other, writes Simon Tisdall. But i don't think that's quite good enough says tisdall. In war time, europe hasn't yet proved to be a very useful mechanism - if anything, it's its slow down the response.
