Sukrey Bolivar was the man believar believed would succeed him. Sucreis abrupt departure threw open the question of who would succeed bolivar when he inevitably died. Believar and his men started taking meetings with various european ambassadors in bogota, sounding out the feasibility of a monarch from europe to come rule them.
