ESG Integration - The Early the Better
It's very practical to start focusing on these things so I would imagine that seed stage series a probably that's too early, you know it's still kind of trying to line together as you're jumping off the cliff. And we published along with our knowledge partner BCG recently a very interesting survey of 50 Japanese startups and their awareness about ESG matters. We looked at a very diverse range of startups from very early to more mature. But in our experience because ESG integration really can't be done overnight. That naturally takes time. So we highly encouraged no matter what stage of company we interact with the earlier the better.
