The Importance of Taking Responsibility for Change
When we get in a living system, there is this assumption that whoever's in charge has influence. And I think that's such a deeply held mental model. One of the one of the most important ways to change a system is to change the way that I show up in the system. But that starts with me seeing how I'm showing up and then taking responsibility for changing my behavior.
