The Hwasong 17 Ballistic Missile Targeted the United States

The Hwasong 17 is an enormous missile with a range of about 15,000 kilometers. So these ICBM tests are only aimed at the U.S., but they can also be used to target China. North Korea could possibly be getting ready for a new nuclear test. If it happens, I'm sure it will be announced with great fanfare on North Korean media.
