Is Biden a President for Everybody?

Biden emphasized early on in his administration that he was going to be a president for every everybody, right? He really made that point. And one of the most concrete ways in which Trump kind of made it clear he wasn't a president for everybody was disaster response. This rail disaster really just show us that all politics ultimately is local and Ohio is going to have a Senate race in 24. It's going to be thrown down.
