There are a lot of diferent ways to calculate heart rate. It's much more difficult to compare one system's h number versus another systems' numbers. But in general, you want to compare yourself against other people in your age group on whatever system you're using. If i have a lower rest heart rate, i'm probably also going to have a higher h r v than somebody else. Genely would see someone with low resting heart rated and good h r v.
