Microsoft's Merger Slash Acquisition of Activision Blizzard Is Blocked
Microsoft's attempted merger slash acquisition of Activision Blizzard has been blocked. Microsoft would have seemingly uncompetitive advantages in the cloud gaming arena. Mark Cerny, system architect of PlayStation 5, spoke to the CMA and basically said that the cloud latency issue can be resolved through a faster GPU. Oliver: "I don't actually like consolidation"
