What's Your Process for Composing Instrumental Music?

It's a mix. Sometimes i just be sing on the piano, and then i have a feeling or something occurs to me,. an o kind of find, i'll find it in my fingers, you know it. I realised use those clips of dialogue throughout the album as well to sort of get the message acrossThe beginning of dream works so well. And that's other way in which this album connects up quite closely to bionskin -  that was something i haven't really done as much, if at all, since then.
