Is Coconut Oil Good for Your Body?

I don't really see it as good or bad I mean we're all eating saturated fat and unsaturated fat. The question is in what quantities and what sources and how you're doing that, depending on genetics. My body just doesn't respond well to coconut in general even not just coconut oil but any kind of coconut product so that's one I just avoid because I feel better. Saturated fat is very calorie dense and satiating so when I was eating a lot of saturated fat I wasn’t getting as much of the other macros and probably as many micro nutrients in saturated fat those there certainly are micro nutrients but they're more limited than normal.
