The Importance of Purposeful Work

In organisations we don't have collective conversations. If you're lucky, you might get a bit of building on the previous idea. But most people are sitting in meetings with strict agendas that stick to time. You put your hand up on Zoom or Teams and it gets totally ignored. It's an experience of using technology that says I am important and my views are important. They get into organisations that aren't structured to hold those views.
