Last year I spent a lot of last year working with secondary schools. And one thing I picked up last year is that, well, so schools are huge, and departments planned collaboratively. That allowed for more time to be spent on planning each lesson. So instead of one teacher in one form planning 25 hours of lessons you've got nine teachers across a year groupPlan those 25 hours and do what that gives them about an hour per lesson. mathematically that's just better, isn't it?So suddenly these really well thought through progression maps, you know, that you've spent time and care on, started turning to great lessons.
