How to Simplify Your Tech Stack

A lot of the interaction with our project management tool was just through emails. And so I was really hoping that we could use service hub. We ended up building using service hub as kind of the foundation, but we built on top of it a WordPress custom site. A client can log into one place, issue tickets, manage tickets, do some chat, view reports, view any training, view any videos, read some knowledge base articles and search for those articles.
