Is There a Full Mobilization?

The U.S. doesn't need much more man power per se in order to replenish ranks and nosarily sustain this war, but it dofly needs more than it has. The significant question is whether or not he's going to declare a state of war, because that then changes things alout procedure. And you know, whether or not they will then shift to to a using conscripts and raising manning by in ways other than simply trying to attract people with money. But there are significant offacts to this approach.
