COVID: A Reactive Approach to Feedback

When we started this project early on, I was getting the sense, and so the feedback, you know, a lot of people were starting to get anxious. As we went through this process, we'd like, that started to change, right? So, all that stuff was starting to come back. We also were getting, at the beginning of COVID, we employed a dedicated counsellor to help our team through COVID. He's one of the best sort of reactive things we could do to support our staff in COVID.
