I think a lot of this is just helping founders and that you know thinking about their balance sheet set up versus how much do the investors want them to raise. there's also the argument that if you have fewer they are going to have a bigger stake in your business so they're going to be highly incentivized to help you when there's a problem. I probably get 50 emails a month of like open job lists for FinTech finance jobs. We've had a lot of success with second and third time founders who no longer care who is the investor it's they know what they need and they want to make sure that they have optionality.
