The Product Family Mindset in Organizations

I think in my own head, these two topics are muddled. Maybe some specifics will help me think about that better. The product family notion mindset is something that we've seen emerge maybe in the last five to 10 years. It can do the development lifecycle for that is a lot longer. Good software is not like fine wine; it's more like sushi and doesn't get better with age.
