The four pillars that determine whether or not an opportunity is going to make sense for what we do as investors are price, condition, timeline and motivation. You can get the answers to those like you just said very easily or through some rapport building and and conversation. But typically in the past real estate agents because of the fiduciary duty that they have to their sellers and and as well as if you're talking to a listing agent direct, they've got to be very careful. "I think people are more open right now to sharing the reality," he says.
