Are They Pants or Pants?

In Paris, there was a law on the books until 2013 that women were not allowed to wear trousers slash pants. So it's an age old question, Sarah, between British and American people. What do girls wear? Girls can wear panties. You don't call them panties. And we know that is not the case in the UQ. We need this to end once and for all.
