The Importance of Having a Big Picture in Your Mind
I think you always need to have the big picture in your mind. That's central, it's what you're building towards, but you can't just go after the big thing. You have to take these building blocks and stack them together to access that larger thing. I feel like this is a space especially where there'd be an urge to focus on that big picture and this is where I would be distracted by. How does that play out in the way you run the company?
