The Importance of Market Intelligence

Nobody can sell the future like an architect so if you are the architect for your own spaces it's very compelling and very sincere to have my design team be selling condominiums. It's very intimate and personal at the end of the day we're not making widgets we're making homes and that's very compelling. The economic side of it is also very rewarding right the broker is there for the least amount of time they have the least amountof risk and they're selling it based on the future value of the asset so the fees are rather extraordinary and we're candidly there anyway. From what we learn in meeting with people that I highly recommend it it sounds like a great business.
