Post Partum Depression and Breast Feeding

Asmoms get back to work, or asmom start returning to their sport, their supply dips. That can be something in that early stage where it's hard to get past having a low supply of rest milk. For an athlete, this can be anywhere from three thousand to four thousand calories per day. So bas line recommendation for feeding is to increase our nutrition supply by 500 calories per day on top of what they need for their maintenance calories. Last consideration for our post partem athletes is time. It does not allow for that two to four months of bonding with breast feeding. And so that that study suggest would lead to lower rates of post partum depression.
