If you use mindfulness, potentially meditation as a hack, you can avoid autistic burnout. So mindfulness in its basic sense just means being present. If you can feel your body, your mind, your nervous system, your energy, catastrophizing is when you have to say, "I'm aware of that" And so I don't really live a bad way.
