The Seasonal Adjustment of House Prices
House prices always fall in April to some degree. So we'll strip out that bit to do with simply the fact it's April and then see what we left over with. Yeah, but I mean overall time was still pretty weak. It's kind of what we've been saying is that don't expect the downturn to end straight away,. But it's those fundamental factors seem to be turning around.
