When i was a journalist, they really drilled this into a te california ro rit. So we're deatly not recording. I agree on recording. Then minutes short? Are they more like a transcript? Are you using quotes of what people said or e us saying "We discussed a possible acquisition of company acts" You don't want to give too much away in the minutes. And for standard board meetings, brief and tight. Simple is better....
