A lot of our business now is personal in a manner that we're having conversations and dialogues like this one with other, or sometime hundreds of men or thousands of men out there listening. Business is simply metric and numbers and k p i and o p p. You can have feelings, but these are facts. These ase just three metrics in your company that we' need to focus on and look at differently. That'll become the principle about how you think about yourself. And eventually, overtime, it will catch up with you - your subconsciouse will catch up too.
