Did You Read the Bell Curve When It First Come Out?

The book came out two thousand 13 years ago. It was a big deal at the time, but then it blew up again about the same time. The author says he thinks there are three parts to why this happened. One is that people who take off on the bell curve haven't bothered to read one word of it. Another part is that things were getting better and better in terms of race relations when we had our first black president.
