i went to hobbs four years ago, and the city was sidering a bond measure. Hobbs is in the very lower right hand corner of new mexico. They didn't just get trade schools, shop class back in high school. And now all of lee county is looking at this place and going wholly crapped. This is like the evidence that demands a verdict.
