Five to nine, eight, five and a half is the middle of the bell curve. If you're like, look, I don't know how much I need to pick a number that I could start working from. You kind of pick a spot and kind of work from it and sleep's no different. The goal in our current culture is speed of unconsciousness. We've got to get there quick. And if somebody says I routinely takes me two hours to fall asleep, then let's have a conversation about your bedtime.
