The Future Status of Homosexuality
"If present trends in the legitimization of homosexuality continue, then surely there is hope for the perhaps reluctant acceptance of homosexuality into American culture," he writes. "I'm not sure I share your optimism about the future status and homosexuality ... There is still a long way to go and always a possibility of regression." He adds: "Your paper is well done but you should have elaborated on the concept of marginal man in more detail".
