Marlena: Mormons believe that their bishops really are God's representative in their congregation. Adam: For me, it wasn't too shocking because I'd been a missionary. Marlena: You don't have time to go out in the woods and pray like Enos did for an entire day on every single calling. So by and large, 99% of the time, the bishops just making rapid fire decisions based on gut intuition.
