A lot of this comes down to what we we see is that the personality types or the environments that make people want to be king or queen of their own kingdoms, right? And I think at companies, we start seeing the same thing happen directly correlated with size. We lose sight of that the incentive structure is a really important day breakdown because it actually fosters internal competition or a whole bunch of other things.
