The Rat Race

The term rat race was coined in the 19 fifties to describe unbridled competition. A mere 15% of employees world wide are emotionally invested and happy in their company, while 18 % are actively disengaged. Wherever you look, the percentage of those who say they love their job is a small minority. This is the greatest failing of modern society. I shall explain how you can launch despite your fears, and how to give that little voice all the space it needs to express itself.
