Getting the title wrong can be a spiral effect. It kind of sets the precedent once you title someone of what the titles are going to be for the rest of the folks that you're hired within that organization or within that company. And so titling it more senior number one sets the wrong expectations with candidates. Number two, where does that candidate take you? You know, let's say you give them that title,.
