Response Adaptive Randomization

A response adapted rinamiation is a type of adaptive trial design in which the allocation ratios are adapted over time based on accumulated intern results. How this occurs is that a platform trial may start with equal randomation, and as we observe more data throughout the trial, the allocation ratios increase to the intervention arms that are performing better. So for clinations and patients who may be wary of no participating in a random o clinical trial, thesecto can relieve some of their concerns,. because they will have a higher probability of random being assigned to intervention arms that were performing better.
