Stoburl was inspired to become a tongue painter two years ago after seeing the work of a tongue painter in India. Stoburls work with his dog is more of a novelty than anything else. It took Stoburl about six hours to complete the beaver painting. He said it took so he's painting with a Saran wrap covered tongue.
