Rishi Sunak is perhaps the only known face amongst voters. Penny Mordent had some recognition, but it was overwhelmingly negative. Liz Truss is perhaps the most unpopular premier we've seen for quite some time. So anyone is a net benefit really. By virtue of not being Liz Truss, you're going to see that Labour lead go down. It's going to push up the Tory poll numbers. Will it give us a Tory lead? Probably not, unlikely. Not once have they other come back to win at the next election. The next election now at close to zero. Of course, I don't rule out Rishisunak as prime minister in 20 years' time
